3. Retail Purchases
We do not sell products directly to retail customers on our Site. If you are a retail customer looking to purchase our Products, you will be redirected to our Amazon store. By accessing our Amazon store, you agree to comply with Amazon’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
3.1 Amazon Redirection
• Redirection Process: When a retail customer selects a Product for purchase, they will be redirected to the corresponding Amazon product page to complete the transaction.
• No Direct Sales: All retail transactions are handled exclusively through Amazon, and we do not process or manage any orders placed via our Site for retail purposes.
4. Wholesale Orders
Our Site facilitates wholesale orders for retailers. Below are the terms governing wholesale transactions.
4.1 Eligibility
• Authorized Resellers Only: To qualify for wholesale purchases, you must be an approved authorized reseller. Start the approval process by applying here.
• Account Setup: Retailers do not need to create an account on our Site. Once approved, we will create an account for you when we receive your order via email or phone.
4.2 Ordering Process
• Placing Orders: Wholesale orders are processed through direct communication via email or phone. You can place your order by contacting us at info@solespray.com or by phone.
• Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): MOQs are provided during the order process. Specific MOQs for each Product will be communicated to you when placing your order.
• Pricing: Wholesale pricing is provided upon order confirmation and is subject to change. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice.
4.3 Payment Terms
• Accepted Payment Methods: We accept all standard Shopify payment formats excluding PayPal. This includes major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers.
• Payment Terms: Payment is due at the time of order placement unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• Invoices: Upon successful order placement, an invoice will be generated and sent to the registered email address associated with your account.
4.4 Shipping and Delivery
• Shipping Methods: We utilize UPS and FedEx for delivering wholesale orders.
• Shipping Costs: A flat shipping fee of $30 CAD is applied to all wholesale orders, regardless of order size or destination within Canada.
• Delivery Timeframes: Estimated delivery times depend on the location of the shipping address and will be provided during the order process.
4.5 Returns and Refunds
• No Returns Policy: We do not offer returns for wholesale orders. Please ensure that your order is accurate and meets your requirements before finalizing the purchase.
